The Birkdale Heritage Lantern combines the historic with the latest in LED technology. Based on an original gas lamp design installed in 19th Century London, Birkdale successfully combines the old with the new, offering high performance LED lighting and optics of 1,242 to 13,502 lumens

Birkdale Heritage LanternsBirkdale Heritage Lanterns offer the latest energy saving LED technology whilst maintaining the design style of a traditional fixture.
Our UK facility is one of only a few Heritage Lantern manufacturers to achieve ENEC approval. in addition, these designs have undergone accelerated salt spray corrosion testing.
To make installation easier the bodies are constructed of lightweight, spun aluminium. The gear tray and polycarbonate bowl assembly are manufactured as a sealed unit and are quick to replace in the event of maintenance or upgrade. We provide a comprehensive gear and bowl refurbishment service if required
Small Birkdale:
measures 570mm in diameter and offer Lumen packages from 1242-6900 lumens (9-50w)
Large Birkdale:
At 690mm diameter the Large Birkdale offers Lumen packages from 1242- 13502 lumens (9-100w)
The internal gear tray has been designed to be easily customisable so can accommodate additions such as Central Management Systems, Auto-disconnect, and future Smart technologies.
Birkdale Heritage Lanterns feature our unique multi-point spigot fixing system to ensure a reliable mechanical connection.
Polyester powder coating is out standard finish but other paint finishes are available to order.

The Muirfield Heritage Lantern combines the historic with the latest in LED technology.
A recognisable classic design Muirfield successfully combines the old with the new offering high performance LED lighting and optics with power output options from 1242-13,502 lumens(9 – 100watts)
Muirfield is easy to install onto existing columns with our standard or custom adapters
Performance design – built to last
The Muirfield Heritage Lantern is constructed of a welded aluminium frame with a removable, hinged lid. The robust frame and one piece, sealed polycarbonate bowl ensure this lantern offers a high degree of vandal resistance.
Based on a classic design the Muirfield Heritage Lantern offers an impressive light output with a range of symmetrical and asymmetrical LED optics, offering performance options from 1,242 – 13,502 lumens (9-100watts)
